1. How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 7–15 business days. Expedited shipping takes 5–10 business days. Express shipping takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
2. Do I need to pay customs or import taxes?
No. All duties and taxes are covered by JoyLaVida. You will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.
3. Can I track my order?
Yes. A tracking number will be emailed to you after your order has been shipped. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.
4. What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
5. Can I return my order?
Yes. Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policies for details.
6. Is the MINI CUBE SOLAR CANDLE waterproof?
The MINI CUBE SOLAR CANDLE is designed for decorative use. Please avoid prolonged water immersion and follow the care instructions provided with your product.
